2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
- The guarantee applies to first-time customers only
- Renewals and recurring payments are not eligible for refunds
- Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible

4. Processing Time

5. Partial Refunds

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any issues. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in permanent blacklisting from our service.
